National Military Appreciation Month Books for Kids

National Military Appreciation Month is an observance that is meant to raise awareness and encourage celebration and appreciation of those who serve — or have served — in the U.S. Armed Forces. As time marches on, the number of moms who are deployed has increased, making our hearts happy to see books for kids that address the fear, loneliness, and pride of a parent in the military. this observance runs from May 1 to May 31 every year.
