Ever heard the saying \”all work and no play makes Valarie a dull girl….\”
….or something like that.
A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of getting away from the writing, blogging, creating, publishing, marketing, managing, and maybe a few other things to go kick back and RELAX in the lovely town of Memphis, Tennessee. The occasion was the 2012 IVAA Live Summit , and there were some specific people I was going to see.
The trip was meant to be fun, but with a little business mixed in too. It would mark the day I would meet much of my beloved BizEase Support Solutions team for the very first time. Many of us have worked together over 6 1/2 years, built two to three companies, and have created wonderful relationships. I couldn\’t have picked a nicer group of people to \”kick it\” with.

Some of us went cowboy boot shopping. I never knew that one could buy cowboy boots in lavender. They were award winning, honestly.
Doreen\’s mom kindly let us invited us into her home. She prepared the most fabulous food and here\’s just a little glimpse. Before we left for the Temptations concert, we had a little photo session with our happy little book, The Fox Diaries.
