Teaching, Problem Solving, & More: 10 Minecraft Books for Kids

Not long ago, I shared a blog post that acknowledged that encouraging kids to play Minecraft may sound counterproductive, but it actually does have far-reaching educational value. I also shared a Minecraft Book that Creates a Bridge Between Parents & Kids.

This post has been so well-received that I decided to dive even deeper and share a plethora of great Minecraft Books for Kids!

Believe it or not, Minecraft is one of the most educational games available right now for middle-grade and up. If our kids are going to be online playing a game anyway, why not make it one that includes building, planning, basic architecture skills, math, and problem-solving. Minecraft is not a mindless game of driving, shooting, or any other unsavory activities. This game encourages a healthy amount of thinking, planning, strategizing, and preparing during the course of the game.

That being said, there always needs to be a balance between screen time and unplugged activities.

That being said, here are 10 Minecraft Books for Kids for the Minecraft fan in your life that will work wonders for inspiring reading and creativity.
